We are a small, new booking platform. We do not promise you traffic we do not have. What we can promise is the fee structure below — and it is the reason it is worth listing now, while the platform is still building its audience.
Listing is free. The standard platform commission is 5% of the booking value. Hosts who publish a listing on or before 31.12.2026 pay 0% platform commission on every standard booking made on or before 31.12.2027, regardless of the dates of stay. Third-party payment costs are not included.
An example with real arithmetic. A €600 booking (6 nights at €100). On a mainstream OTA at 15% commission you receive about €510. Here, during the promotion, the platform takes €0, so you receive €600 minus the payment provider's own fee — that fee is set by Stripe, not by us, and is typically a small percentage plus a fixed amount per transaction. From 1 January 2028 the standard 5% applies to new bookings, which on the same €600 booking is €30.
Being honest about the stage we are at: the platform is young and our inventory is small. Early listings are visible against far less competition than on a large OTA, and they cost you nothing to run. If you already host elsewhere, the sensible move is to list here in parallel and sync the calendar by iCal — there is no exclusivity, no minimum, and you can deactivate a listing at any time.
How payouts work: the guest pays by card through Stripe at booking. Your earnings are transferred to your bank account after check-in, minus third-party costs. You enter your payout details once in your dashboard; IBAN data is stored encrypted and is never shown to guests.
How guests judge you: we do not run public star reviews. After each stay, guests complete a structured questionnaire across six categories. Results are aggregated privately, and hosts who fall below the Excellent standard are removed rather than displayed with a bad score. No review wars, no retaliation, no fake ratings.
