Every host who publishes a listing on or before 31.12.2026 receives a 100% discount on our standard 5% platform commission. This means 0% commission to the platform on every standard booking with all reservations made until 31.12.2027, regardless of the dates of stay.
Third-party costs (Stripe processing, bank transfer costs on host payouts) are always the host's responsibility per our AGB § 5 and are not part of the promotion.
Compared with the 14–20% commissions of typical OTAs, the promotion means up to 20% more revenue in the host's pocket for every eligible booking — money the host can either keep or pass on to guests as a lower price.
